1.We roll it down
The evening before your pickup day, we roll your can to the curb, positioned right for the truck.
2.Your hauler collects
Your regular garbage service empties the can as usual. We don't replace them; we make sure you never miss them.
3.We roll it back
That same evening, after collection, the can goes back where it belongs. No cans lingering by the road, and your HOA stays happy.

Questions, answered
The things people ask before they hand us the can.
Do I need to be home?+
No. We come to wherever your can lives (driveway, can corral, or beside the garage) and put it back in the same spot. Most of our customers are hundreds of miles away.
What if my pickup day changes?+
Email us and we'll update your route, usually the same day. We also track holiday schedule shifts for local haulers so you don't have to.
What about gates and codes?+
Send gate codes or access notes when you sign up. They're encrypted and shared only with the crew member assigned to your active route.
How many cans do you move?+
Plans cover service visits. Trash and recycling cans collected on the same day can be handled together; separate collection days each count toward your plan frequency. For multiple units at one building, the base rate includes the first serviced unit. Each additional unit is billed monthly by service frequency: $5 for once-monthly, $10 for every-other-week, $20 for once-weekly, $40 for twice-weekly, or $60 for three-times-weekly service.
Do you clean, sanitize, and deodorize cans too?+
Yes. Every can-to-curb plan includes one trash can cleaning visit each month. Your roll-out and roll-back visits still follow the plan frequency you choose. For example, a weekly plan includes weekly can-to-curb service and monthly cleaning. You can also buy cleaning by itself.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plans are month-to-month through Stripe. Cancel from your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. No contracts, no fees.
Is this the same as "valet trash" or "trash valet"?+
Gulf Garbage moves your existing cans to the curb before your regular hauler arrives and returns them after pickup. Doorstep valet trash at apartment communities is a different service.
