Privacy Notice

Information we collect

We collect contact and billing-related information provided through Stripe or a service request, including your name, email, phone number, subscription status, service address, selected service, cleaning frequency, and purchased cart or serviced-unit count. We also collect the route details you submit, such as the included unit numbers or locations, waste provider, collection days, can storage and curb placement, requested start date, and optional access instructions. For dumpster quote requests, we collect the project ZIP code, project type, timing, optional requested size, and a short description of the materials. We ask for a name and phone number and accept an optional email address.

How we use it

We use customer information to verify payment, confirm eligible service addresses and start dates, select the correct plan, schedule can-to-curb or cleaning work, assign service visits, communicate about service, respond to support requests, and maintain business records. We use dumpster request information to check local coverage and connect you with a local dumpster provider for a quote.

Visits and service interest

When you submit a coverage check, we save the selected service, property ZIP, coverage result, page, and submission time to handle your request. When you submit contact information, we save it with your request and the contact permission you choose. We do not save unfinished contact fields as you type.

If you allow optional measurement through Privacy choices, we use a first-party browser identifier to connect visits and completed engagement steps. We may record the page path and limited campaign source, medium, and campaign labels. We do not collect arbitrary URL query strings, use device fingerprinting, or infer your name or business from your IP address. A browser record can represent more than one person. A verified checkout can connect a submitted request to a customer record; matching behavior or an email typed into a form is not proof of identity.

Optional measurement is off until you allow it. We do not automatically show a cookie banner. You can open Privacy choices in the footer to allow measurement or change an earlier choice. We honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control for optional measurement. Declining measurement does not prevent coverage checks, service requests, or purchases. Necessary storage remembers privacy choices and supports submitted service requests; an operational session can last up to 30 minutes, and an optional measurement identifier can last up to 90 days.

Contact permissions and audience records

You can ask us to email you about a service request or notify you if a service becomes available in your area. General news and offers use a separate optional permission. We do not treat a visit, coverage check, or purchase as permission for marketing emails. Availability alerts do not promise that service will launch in your area.

Authorized staff can review engagement history, filter service interests, and export contact lists for the permitted purpose. This release does not enable advertising pixels or automatically upload audiences to advertising platforms. Any later advertising use requires appropriate disclosure and permissions. Private access instructions and payment-card details are never used for audience targeting.

To withdraw contact permission, correct a request, or ask for deletion, email gulfgarbage@gmail.com. Staff can suppress a record from outreach and exports. Unidentified audience records expire from active audience views after 90 days of inactivity; lead records after 365 days of inactivity. Expiry removes eligibility for active audience use, not all operational or legally required records. Customer, quote, and permission records may be retained as described below. Deletion requests are reviewed by authorized staff.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Gulf Garbage does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

Operations tools

We use service providers, including Cloudflare, Stripe, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Resend, and Gmail, to operate the website, notify our team about new customers, and manage customer routes. Gulf Garbage's new-customer email may include contact and route information needed by our team. When a cleaning service provider needs a new service location, we send only the service address. We do not send that provider your name, email, phone number, gate or access instructions, private notes, Stripe identifiers, or payment details. For a dumpster quote request in a confirmed countywide service area, we share the submitted request with a local provider that can serve the project. A request outside a current dumpster service area, or one with conflicting location details, stays with Gulf Garbage until coverage is confirmed.

Access instructions

Gate codes and access instructions are encrypted in Gulf Garbage's operations system. They are available only to authorized administrators and the roller assigned to that property. Each access is recorded for accountability.

Retention and protection

We retain information while a subscription or service relationship is active and as reasonably needed for operations, referral billing, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Access instructions are removed when they are no longer needed. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete customer information, subject to records we must retain. Gulf Garbage does not sell customer information. Gulf Garbage may receive a referral fee from the local dumpster provider, but that does not change your quote or require you to buy anything. We do not use gate and access details for advertising.
