Privacy notice
This notice explains the information Gulf Garbage uses to set up subscriptions, plan routes, and provide trash-can roll-out and roll-back service.
Effective July 25, 2026Information we collect
We collect contact and billing-related information provided through Stripe, including your name, email, phone number, subscription status, and service address. We also collect the route details you submit, such as waste provider, collection days, cart counts, can storage and curb placement, requested start date, and optional access instructions.
How we use it
We use customer information to verify payment, automatically confirm eligible service addresses and start dates, select the correct plan, schedule route work, assign a Gulf Garbage roller, communicate about service, respond to support requests, and maintain business records.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Gulf Garbage does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms.
Operations tools
We use service providers, including Cloudflare, Stripe, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Resend, and Gmail, to operate the website, notify our team about new customers, and manage customer routes. New-customer notifications may include contact and route information needed to begin service. Gate codes, access instructions, private customer notes, Stripe identifiers, and payment details are not included in those emails or copied to Google Sheets or Calendar.
Access instructions
Gate codes and access instructions are encrypted in Gulf Garbage's operations system. They are available only to authorized administrators and the roller assigned to that property. Each access is recorded for accountability.
Retention and protection
We retain information while a subscription or service relationship is active and as reasonably needed for operations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Access instructions are removed when they are no longer needed. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete customer information, subject to records we must retain. Gulf Garbage does not sell customer information or use gate and access details for advertising.
