Service terms
These terms describe how Gulf Garbage subscriptions, route confirmation, and recurring trash-can service work.
Effective July 25, 2026The service
Gulf Garbage moves eligible trash and recycling carts from their storage location to the agreed curb location before collection, then returns them after collection. Gulf Garbage does not collect or dispose of the contents and is not the municipal or private waste hauler.
Route confirmation
After payment, the customer must submit accurate property and collection details and select a start date. An active subscription with a matching plan at an address whose Alabama city, ZIP code, and selected service area identify it as Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, or Fort Morgan is activated automatically for the selected date. Nearby, uncertain, or mismatched addresses, inactive subscriptions, and schedules that exceed the selected plan require review before activation. Gulf Garbage may assign or change the roller internally without delaying an otherwise eligible start date.
Plan capacity
Plans cover service visits at one property. Trash and recycling collected on the same day may be handled in one visit. Collection on separate weekdays requires separate visits, and each visit counts toward the plan frequency. If the submitted schedule exceeds the selected plan, Gulf Garbage will contact the customer before activation.
Customer responsibilities
- Keep subscription, address, collection schedule, and contact information current.
- Provide lawful, safe, and reasonably clear access to the carts and placement area.
- Keep carts in the agreed storage location and suitable for normal manual movement.
- Tell Gulf Garbage promptly about provider, holiday, gate, access, or collection-day changes.
Schedule changes
Waste-hauler delays, holidays, severe weather, road closures, emergencies, inaccessible property, or conditions unsafe for the roller can change service timing. Gulf Garbage will make reasonable efforts to adjust, but cannot guarantee that a third-party hauler collects a cart.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout. Plans are month-to-month. Customers may cancel future renewal through the Stripe link provided with their subscription or by contacting Gulf Garbage. A payment failure, cancellation, or inactive Stripe subscription can pause route service.
One property per subscription
A standard subscription covers one service address. Multiple properties, multi-unit setups, unusually large cart groups, or special access arrangements require written confirmation and may require custom pricing.
